You retain ownership of all trading data, journal entries, and content you upload (“Your Content”). By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We will never sell, share, or exploit Your Content for advertising purposes.
The Service provides journaling, analytics, educational content, and tools for self-reflection. Nothing on Tradingtick constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. All trading involves risk. See our Disclaimer for full details.
All platform software, design, trademarks, logos, and content created by Tradingtick are our exclusive property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our prior written consent.
The core Service is free with no credit card required. We may introduce optional paid features (“Pro”) in the future. Early adopters who signed up before the launch of paid features will be notified of their eligibility for any promised benefits. Specific pricing and terms for Pro features will be communicated separately and require explicit acceptance.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradingtick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
