This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password (or OAuth token if you sign in via a third party).
Trading data: Trade logs, journal entries, playbooks, quiz answers, debrief notes, and any other content you voluntarily enter into the platform. This data is yours — we never sell or share it.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser, and approximate location (country/region) derived from IP address. We use this to improve the Service.
Cookies & local storage:We use a session cookie for authentication and localStorage for UI preferences (theme, language). With your explicit consent we also use third-party cookies from Google (see “Cookies & Third-Party Services” below). You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time via the cookie banner or from your account settings.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your trading data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We retain your account and trading data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from account settings, which permanently and immediately deletes your account and all associated data (trades, journals, settings, and session). There is no grace period or recovery option once deletion is confirmed.
We use industry-standard measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and restricted database access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
The Service is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
